PEB - People's Emergency Briefing

The People's Emergency Briefing is the name given to the film resulting from the National Emergency Briefing held at Central Hall, Westminster on 27 November 2025. The 50 minute film was released on 7 April 2026, and is envisaged as being followed immediately by a discussion period, and probably later with follow-up meetings.

Local Responses to the Film

Screenings of the film are intended to support lobbying of local MPs for action by the UK Government, but also provide a great springboard for local community action.

The Great Collaboration have worked with their own contacts to develop guidance that dovetails with advice from the PEB film producers but which further supports community action that takes place and continues beyond a film screening.
