So they… in 15 years in the industry, we were the silent service, no one really knew about us, and we just went on in the background. In the 5 years, it's all just detonated.

So, if you're going to take anything away from this particular chart, water companies aren't just going to go around and build tanks everywhere, and they're going to be successful.

So the only real sustainable way to do it is to take the water out.

So, again, that's just all storm water. It doesn't need to go in our system, we just need to put it somewhere else, i.e. the environment, or in a soakaway, or in a storm drain.

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.
